Buenos Aires is the capital and most important city of Argentina. Located on the west bank of the Rio de la Plata, it is the second largest city in South America after São Paulo, Brazil. Buenos Aires is the political, economic and cultural center of Argentina, as well as the country’s transportation hub. It is also famous for its European-style architecture, its many museums and its green spaces, the most famous of which is the large Tres de Febrero Park.
